- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I dedicated yesterday morning to open a checking account and waited for over an hour thinking that they opened at 8am like most bank branches do; instead, their hours of operation are supposed to begin at 9am. That's all right and fine, but no one ever showed up. It was not a holiday. I understand that the weather was (literally) freezing, but they should have put a notification on their website, or on the front door at the minimum.
